Refund Policy
Users (hereinafter referred to as“You”) understand and agree that Fasynovel Software (hereinafter referred to as“Fasynovel” or“we”) has the right to provide theservice free of charge or at a cost. The amount charged by theservice may not be used for any product or service other than Fasynovel. We will not refund the amount you have spent if you consume after completing the recharge. For details of the refund deadline and refund policy, please refer to the following information.

Fasynovel offers paid services and, at the same time, we may offer refund services for certain purchases made under the Fasynovelservice, but only if:
A. Although we have repeatedly tested all products prior to release, we have not ruled outa few exceptions. If the technical department fails to solve such related problems, which results in your being unable to use them after paying for them;
B. Repeated purchases caused by the payment platform;
C. You do not want the product you purchased, and you have not consumed the product after paying for it;
D. The paid service is accidentally completed by your friends and relatives using your account, and you have not consumed the product after paying for the service.
If this is the case, you can apply for a refund within 72 hours of paying for the Fasynovel service. After the approval, we will return the corresponding recharge amount to you, and deduct the corresponding handling fee.
Limitation of Refund
A. You have consumed theproduct after purchasing the Fasynovel service;
B. You have purchased the Fasynovel service for more than 72 hours;
C. Thetargetdevice does not belong tothe user, orthe user has not received a license from the owner of thetargetdevice to install Fasynovel Software;
D. The user’s target device does not meet the compatibility requirements of the Fasynovel software.
If this is the case, we usually cannot approve the refund application. We shall also have the right to recover from you if we determine that your relevant conduct is suspected of abusing or harmingour orothers’ interests. Our failure to procure you to comply strictly with the relevant regulations does not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Method and Period of Refund
You cancontactour partner GooglePayor directly contact our customer service atservice@fasynovel.com for a refund. The refund period and other related issues shall apply to GooglePay’s provisions. If you do not receive the refund in time, please check the status of the refund in your Google Pay account:
A. If the status is “refunded”, the corresponding refund amount will be displayed in your payment method;
B. If the status is “cancelled”, then we have never charged for this order, so your GooglePay account will not show the corresponding refund amount.
You understand and agree that the virtual currency of the recharged product is not applicable for unreasonable return. Once the recharge is successful, the recharge is confirmed to be completed, and we will not provide any change or correction services. You cannot apply for a refund on the ground that there are still virtual coins remaining in your account after the consumption is completed.
You understand and agree that once you use the virtual currency in your account to pay to read the works, we will not provide any order change or correction services. Without our consent,users who subscribe to paid works and have paid the virtual currency will not be refunded.Users who subscribe to paid works and have paid for virtual currency will not be refunded due to the suspension, interruption or withdrawal of paid works from the service provided by Fasynovel.
