I handled my clothes; I cleared my mind, it was so hard to walk. It hurts like fire. I did my best to finish my work.

Then I walked back to the manager to see if he needed anything else. He asked me to go to my room, take a good shower, and wear an elegant dress; he even offered to let me pick one from the hotel's brand store. I didn't notice that, so I rushed to the store and picked one. Hurriedly walked back to my room; it was a medium-size, nice one, better than my old place in the packhouse.

I took my bag and opened it; I didn't have much time to put my clothes in the closet. The manager said that he wanted me to keep my eyes in the kitchen and watch the wedding cake.

I took an excellent fast shower; I didn't imagine that I would touch myself and remember that handsome Alpha. I didn't even know if he was a guest in this hotel or what he was doing there?

I brushed my long hair to the back, in a ponytail, I wore the dress. I didn't put any perfume; I wanted to keep the beautiful Alpha body scent in my nose for a long time. I was like crazy; I couldn't take him out of my mind.

Then I got ready, I hurried down to the kitchen, searching with my eyes for that Alpha, if I would meet him again by coincidence or not.

The kitchen was like a nightmare; everyone was screaming. There was a wedding cake! Royal one. I wondered what the groom's name was and who was that rich bride, their names were written on the cake on every level, ' Antonio Juan Sebastian and Maria Gonzales!'

The manager sent me one of the employees to inform me that I was responsible for the wedding cake and I was the one who should push the wedding gold car into the middle of the mating party.

That scared me; it was not my first time to do this; I even worked as chief in the dessert shop before, but that one looked so expensive, and the wedding sounded so royal for powerful families.

But I snapped to my fears, and I blew a deep breath; I pushed that golden car, and the chiefs and some employees followed me.

I still didn't know where the wedding was; I didn't even know every inch in that hotel. Finally, with the help of the employees and the waitress, I made it to the sea. It was like in between two small hills and sea; it was something unusual, stunning. I was amused by the scene, no wonder why they named that resort 'paradise!'

Once I reached the middle, I wasn't sure how the groom and the bride looked. Because the first_ I was holding the car with all my strength, second because it was so fucking high, I only could take a glance at the guests next to my right and next to my left and the fabulous candles in the middle. It was so romantic.

I didn't know that my duties as an assistant manager were to give the groom the knives to cut the wedding cake. So, I bowed my head a bit as respect and handed the groom the knife, "congratulation, sir." I said to him then; I raised my head when I heard a hard drop and found the knife in front of my eyes on the ground.

I dropped my jaw from the shock 'it was him! The handsome Alpha! The man that fucked me and took my virginity an hour ago!' I mumbled in my mind.

I spun my head to the bride when I heard her voice yelling rudely at me, "get another one, now!" And I have never thought she was an Alpha female too! That's why he didn't wait for his real mate then!

She looked like a monster! A lady-wolf! Maybe beautiful, but her facial expressions made her the ugliest she-wolf like a witch!

I trembled, and I snapped to one of the waitresses to get one, I handed it to the groom, and I twirled my head, leaving him with dropped jaw clearing his throat. I was able to feel his eyes boring into my back. But I pretended that there was nothing to care about. Leaving no chance for any more words, 'It has been just a one-night stand' that I repeated to myself.

But definitely, my wolf growled mutely, and the tears streamed down my cheeks ' Our Mate was gone.'
