Xuanhuan>Not so omega>Chapter 4. From Omega to Luna
Chapter 4. From Omega to Luna
If you would of told me that on my birthday I would gain a wolf, a mate, and the title Luna I would of hated you for trying to fill my head with Hope's that would never happen but here I am. I instantly move into the pack house that night. Jax didn't want to be apart from me and honestly, I felt the same way. I dreamed of having a mate but I let that dream die when I was a omega. I wake up the next morning surrounded by soft sheets and strong arms. I turn and look straight into max hazel eyes. "Good morning beautiful." He says in his sexy deep voice.
"Good morning handsome" I say breathlessly. He kisses me sweetly then we get out of bed to start our day. He's learning the pack and different treaties we have with other packs and other alpha things while I go to school. This use to fill me with dread and fear, but now, I'm giddy. Jax drops me off in his cherry red mustang. "I'll miss you." He says with his forehead on mine. "I'll miss you too jaxxy." I regretted calling him that until I heard the deep purr from his chest. "I'll be here at 3:30 kitten." I nod and kiss him one last time before I get out the car. I walk through the doors and down the hallway with me head held high. Those that tortured me now leave me be. I get to my locker and get the books I needed. "YOU BITCH!!!" I hear my sister's voice. I can't believe I use to fear her. "So you think because you get a wolf that anything's changed? You are nothing!! I don't know what you did to get jax but he will be mine!" I turn around and smirk at her. "Poor spoiled brat. Mad because I have something she can't have." Gasps ripple through the hallway and I lay into my "sister" my voice calm and cold as I continue speaking "Fear, empty, alone, these are things I no longer feel. You can no longer hurt me." I step closer to her. "As far as Jax, MY mate loves only me and there is nothing you can do to take him from me and if you even try I will rip you apart piece by piece." She backs away. A look of both fear and irritation in her eyes. "I will be Luna like I'm suppose......."
I cut her off, "The only thing you will be is exiled if you come anywhere near my mate!!" I noticed I used my Luna voice, making serenity involuntary bow. I walk away and go to advance algebra. I probably should add I'm a senior already. I'm smart so I've skipped a couple of grades. I make it to my desk when Ms Davis, our only human teacher, walks in. "Good morning class." She says
"Good morning Ms Davis." The class responds.
"We have a new student. Whitney. Her and her family just moved here." She comes in. She a pretty raven haired girl with caramel skin and purple eyes. "Hi" she says shyly. "You can take the seat next to Skylar." She comes and sits by me. I offer her a smile and she smiles back. "I hate to ask but can you show me around school?" She asks. "Sure" I said.
Finally the bell rings and it's lunch time. I wait for Whitney. I walk with her to the cafeteria. "So you just moved here?"
"Yea my father is one of the new omegas in the pack."
I can't help but feel a little guilty. I will make sure she isn't treated like I was.
"Do you like it here so far?" I ask
"Not really, you're the only person who will talk to me." She says wit in her head bowed. I remember that feeling and I don't want anyone to feel that way. "Well sounds like you need a friend and you just made one." He face instantly lights up. "Really?" She squeals.
"Really. Now let's get some food." We talk and giggle the whole way to the cafeteria. I'm glad I have a friend besides sapphire.
We eat lunch together and was making our way outside when serenity and amy make thier presence known. "Aww look, trash has made a new friend, garbage truck juice." Serenity sneers. "I can't wait til Jax sees the light and drops this omega for his true Luna." Amy says with a chuckle.
"Excuse me?" Whitney says before I have a chance to say anything. "I'm not sure who you think you are but you will NOT speak to my friend and this pack's future Luna like this!!" Wow. No one has ever suck up for me before. "It's ok whitney," I say. "We have better things to do than stand around with the lower common denominators." We both turn and leave.
