Chapter 2: Get out
"Lived happily ever after" The children chorused. She smiled and closed the book.
" Wow! Miss Tracy, that was a very interesting story" Six year old Karen said.
She was about to say something when she heard some commotion outside.
"Uhm... Excuse me kids, Give me a few minute, I'll be back." she got up and wrapped the shawl rounded her body, going to the foyer.
She saw the orphanage's nurse using the thermometer on a baby. She has never seen the baby before, the baby was so beautiful with the most beautiful blue eyes she's ever seen but her skin was pale, she looked sick.
"What happened?". She asked an attendant that was standing close to her.
" The poor child was found outside in the cold."
"WHAT??!!!" She half yelled. How can people be so heartless, why give birth to a child you can't keep?
"I'm afraid the kid needs proper medical care, she was left in the rain for more than an hour."
"My gawd!!" Tracy gasped, watching the nurses run out, one hand carrying he baby and another holding a big umbrella. Thankfully the nearest hospital is just two houses away.
Karen tapped Tracy and stared at her questioningly with her green eyes " Will the baby be fine?"
" Of course, she will." Tracy replied although she wasn't sure.

It's been three weeks since the baby had been brought into the orphanage. She was named Hailey by the matron. Tracy couldn't explain how she became a regular visitor. She just grew so attached to the kid, Hailey was estimated to be about three months old.
Today she was taking a big step, after much deliberation, she has decided to adopt the child, moreover, adopting a child is in her birthday wish list.
Sharon had called her crazy when she told her about the idea and few minutes later, her aunt had called her.
"You are adopting a kid?" Aunt Angela screamed over the phone. "Is that your way of saying you don't want to get married and settled down??"
" Of course not." She lied.
" Promise me it's not." Her aunt insisted.
" The network is fluctuating Aunt. I can't hear you." She hung up quickly and collapsed on the bed, assuring herself it's the best decision she is has ever made this year.
On the other end of the car, her Aunt sighed sadly and took Tracy's parent's picture on her bedroom table and cried to them to intervene from heaven.
The matron was even more surprised at Tracy's decision when she showed up in her office in the evening one day.
"You've seen many kids brought in here, some at even worse situations yet you've never gotten attached to a kid like you are to Hailey, well, I've seen the way you relate with the kids here and I can proudly say there's no better option for Hailey than you." the matron smiled.
After hours of signing the necessary papers, she was on her way home with her new child. She had already set up the nursery for Hailey and she had Sharon buy baby clothes and food.
She thought Hailey to be an adorable kid as she didn't cry much, just her feeding bottle and she'll be quiet. She wondered why anybody in her right mind will let such an amazing kid go.
Sharon had let out an exciting scream when she saw Hailey.
" I forgive you for calling my aunt."
Sharon ignored her and focused on the baby "Hey kiddo, I'm your aunt Sharon and I love you so much, you can call me auntie Sha Sha..."
" Wtf! Sharon, auntie Sha Sha" Tracy said in between laughs.
As if she understood what was being said, Hailey giggled showing her pink gum
.
"Awwwwn" they chorused.
"She's so adorable" Sharon said.
Tracy smiled proudly, she knew she had took a big step when she took the baby in and she was ready to provide and care for the baby in every way she can. She looked into the blue eyes and their eyes locked and there her silent promise was sealed.
*****Six years later*****
"Momma" Hailey ran into Tracy's arms as she carried her up and threw her in the air. Hailey giggled and spread her arms.
"My big baby" Tracy cooed and dropped her down. She opened the car and Hailey hopped in.
"Mom, school was fun today, my teacher said I'm good in maths and I took the class list" she said excitedly.
" Wow! My baby girl is so smart, I'll check your midterm report when we get home"
" Sure mummy"
" And would you like some ice cream?" She knew she didn't even have to ask.
" Yaaay mummy!!!" Hailey screamed throwing her hands in the air. "Mummy can we go visit Aunt Sha Sha and baby Jace later?"
"Sure dear, she'll be so happy to see your report card."
Sharon had succeeded in making Hailey calling her aunt Sha Sha and Tracy found the name dumb but Hailey didn't mind calling the name and Sharon didn't mind answering.
Sharon had gotten married two years ago to her Chinese boyfriend and they have a cute son Jace who Hailey was very fond of.
Tracy's life felt complete with her adopted daughter, for the past six years she's not regretted her decision not even once. She didn't bother with any relationship over the years. Being a single mom seemed fun to her and she enjoyed taking care of her daughter.
Being a manager in the company and a single mom. Isn't that the most beautiful thing??

The sound of the music coming from Hernandez club was deafening, Lucas got out of the limousine with Cole.
"The club is busy today" Cole said as soon as they got in.
The girls were throwing winks at them most especially at Lucas. He seemed to be the most sort after guy, who wouldn't want him?. He was a fine bachelor, rich and very handsome.
"Send two women to my lodge." he told one of his men. Few minutes later, two sluts were brought in they couldn't stop grinning, they were to warm the bed of the two most handsome men tonight. A dream come true.
Lucas leaned on the couch smoking, the room was poorly lit so he couldn't see their faces clearly but he knew the one he wanted, the one with the bigger ass. he beckoned on her, she giggled and went closer. His eyes widened as he could now see her face clearly. He couldn't believe his eyes.
"Anne?".

Chapter 2
***Los Angeles, California***
"Anne?" He gasped in shock.
He'll never forget the slutty friend of Arielle.
"Oh no! This is bad" Anne mumbled. She didn't know he'll still recognize her.
In a flash he got up and and grasped her neck pressing her to the wall. "How dare you show your face here" He yelled digging his nails deeper into her flesh. The anger on his face was visible.
.
"Plea_se _le_e_et me_e go, you are hurting me" she coughed out with tears trailing her cheeks.
Cole didn't understand what was going on but he knew if he kept standing there doing nothing, he'll be a witness to a murder case. He rushed towards them and pushed Lucas off the lady releasing her from his grasp. She lay sprawled on the floor coughing.
The other lady opened her mouth in horror, in all existence of her life, she's never witnessed a more terrifying sight. She almost peed on her panties when his gaze shifted to her. She immediately bowed her head shivering.
"Get OUT!" He thundered.
She snappily carried her blouse which she had taken off and rushed out slamming the door shut.
