Chapter 10. The Car
and Driver Arranged for her
--
"Aunt, even if you kill her, Henry won't be alive. Don't be so silly."
Louis's tone did not have any emotional color, which drove Judy heartbroken.
"Louis, Diana is an elephant. Chase her out." She cried.
Diana was pleased with the words. It would be great to be kicked out.
Louis's icy gaze swept over everyone in the room, then grabbed Diana's shoulder and hugged her like a chick. He said, "This woman, on the day when she left the hospital, she didn't want to return to residence. And at that time, I told her that she was a member of our family whether she was alive or dead. Now the words still work. "
Diana was a member of the Miller family whether she was alive or dead. Judy muttered this sentence three times, then burst into a terrifying laugh, "Okay, let her stay in our family forever, being a widow!"
Diana felt galling which made her almost crunch her teeth. She felt that Judy was pitiful when she was in the hospital. But for now, she believed Judy deserved it.
She turned her head to look at Louis coldly, then pushed away his hand that was holding onto her shoulder, and walked through him to her room.
Diana had been a transparent person for the days she stayed in residence. No matter whether it was the master or the servant of the family, no one cared about her. If she continued to live like this, she would doubt if she had already died with Henry.
Therefore, she decided to go out for a walk. As for the rule of the family, she didn’t consider it.
She did not tell anyone that she was walking around.
Just as she left the residence, she felt that the air outside was different and fresh. She had already known that she shouldn't stay at the room for a few days just to clear up the family's relationship.
After a deep breath, she instantly felt refreshed.
Diana smiled, a very warm and clean smile, which happened to be seen by Louis who had just left.
Only for the smile, Louis made the driver follow Diana.
Not only did have to make sure that the car was slower than the speed of Diana’s steps, but also that Louis was sitting comfortably, the driver had really worked hard.
Diana lowered her head and followed the GPS of the phone to find the nearby bus stop. She finally knew why there was no bus stop within 1.25 miles of the residence, because it really occupied too many lands.
From afar, when Louis could see the sign of bus stop, he knew her intentions.
"I didn't order a car and a driver for her?"
Louis's tone was definitely not a questionable one. Both Eddy and the bodyguards could hear his displeasure.
"I'll call the butler to ask what's going on," the bodyguard replied quickly.
After a call, he knew that apart from them, no one in the family knew that Diana was walking out.
"Deduct the butler's bonus this month, and change another driver." Louis gave this order without hesitation after he heard the bodyguard's report.
Eddy and the bodyguards exchanged a glance once again. What a pity that the men in the family thought that Diana had offended Louis. And they all ignore the existence of Diana. Now something went wrong here.
Diana looked at Louis's car, which was parked beside her again.
It was the same bodyguard who did not yet know the name opened the door to respectfully invite her into the car.
