Chapter 28. He's Addicted to her
An arrow fitted to the bowstring cannot avoid being discharged.
"You relax. I won't hurt you this time. If you don't cooperate, I can't guarantee it." Louis said.
Diana took a deep breath and imagined that she was a beach of mud. At the same time, Louis took the opportunity to drive straight in.
At the end of the round, Diana limped on the bed. She lay down and gasped for a moment, then sat up softly on the bed and prepared to borrow Louis's bathroom.
A large hand pressed down on her waist. "Who said you can leave?" Louis's voice was filled with displeasure.
Diana looked at him blankly. "Isn't it over?" The last time, he did not want her to stay on the bed for a second.
Louis said: "When did I say it's over?"
Diana was shocked. It had been twice. Men were so energetic creatures? Or was it that her soup was too strong?
The sun was sinking, but Louis was like a tireless beast.
Diana gripped the sheets weakly, her consciousness drifting away.
Louis did not know what had happened to him. This woman's body seemed to have an inexplicable magic that made him addicted. He wanted to make love for many times.
He knew in his heart that that soup was just an excuse. How effective would a small bowl of healthy soup be?
This woman, he was very pleased and did not want to let go yet.
Diana did not know when she had slept. When she woke up, it was already completely dark.
She realized that she was still in Louis's room, with the light inside turned off and the outside light turned on.
She didn't know what time it was either. She was going to get up and go back to the family's residence. Even though she was a transparent person there, she did not intend to stay in Britannia.
With this move, she realized that her whole body was aching, her legs felt worse than the two days of climbing the mountain, and her waist could not move as if she had accidentally flashed. The whole body was unable to move freely, besides her head and hands.
With a slap, the light came on.
Outside, Louis heard her movement and walked in. He sat on the sofa and looked at Diana deeply.
Diana was stunned by the light.
"Wake up, let's talk." Louis said lightly.
Diana tried to move twice and failed to get up. Tears twitched in her eyes as she turned her head to the side and did not want to show weakness in front of Louis. She felt aggrieved, and sleeping with this man was really life-threatening.
Louis quickly noticed Diana's anomaly. "Can't you get up?"
Diana bit her lips and did not answer him, then lowered her head and wiped her tears on the sheet.
Louis walked over expressionlessly, picked her up from the bed, and placed two mats on the bedside, letting her lean on the mat.
Diana pulled the thin cover up to cover her body, and said with a hoarse voice: "Don't worry, I won't rest for too long. I'll go back later." Her throat was very dry. It was sore from sandpaper.
"Where are you going?"
"Where else can I go back?" Diana replied with a sore throat and laughed at herself: "I can only go back to the Miller family's residence, don't I?"
Louis's mouth stunned. He didn't like this woman talking to him in such a tone.
"You don't have to go back tonight." he said. "I've already called someone who is pretending to be your friend to call back."
Diana laughed. "I didn't expect you to be afraid of gossip."
Louis frowned. "Are you laughing at me?"
"This must be your illusion." Diana said lightly.
"If you have the ability to walk back on your own, you can go now. But I don't think you can walk back now." Louis stopped the topic on this and added. "We need to talk. "
Leaning on the soft cushion, the whole person relaxed, and the burden on her body was not so heavy. Diana, who was aching all over her body, did not want to move at all. It was a good idea to sleep here one night.
"What do you want to talk about?" She asked.
"Talk about the conditions you said the other day." Louis knew that Diana would definitely be interested in this topic.
As expected, Diana was talking about the condition. She almost bounced off the bed, but because of her body, she fell back heavily.
"Can I have a glass of water?" Since it was time to talk about the conditions, Diana decided to talk well.
The body could not move anymore. If her throat was not in good condition, the negotiation would definitely be inferior.
Louis was stunned. He had never taken care of people and never thought that Diana needed to drink water, but her voice was indeed difficult to hear. He stood up and walked outside to look around. He saw the water that Grace had sent before and two identical drinking glasses.
Grace was good at everything, but sometimes she liked to make decision by her own mind.
Louis poured a glass of water and went inside to pass it to Diana. Apart from the elders in the family, he had never poured water for anyone.
"Thank you." Diana reached out her hand from the bed and took the cup. She realized that the water was warm and she drank it.
When her throat was moistened with warm water, it instantly became much more comfortable.
After she had finished drinking, she had planned to return the cup to Louis, but realized that he had returned to the sofa and sat down, so she had to put the cup on the bedside table and covered herself tightly with the blanket again.
"What conditions are you going to propose?" She asked very carefully.
