Chapter 6 His Embrace

Carl Miller frowned on the side at the overly intimate two people.

Simon didn't think of himself as an outsider at all, even in front of Carl Miller and the others, he behaved as if there was nobody.

Sophie's mind, which had just recovered from the previous situation, was once again stuck in the ambiguous words from Simon. Staring at the man who was hugging her, she was unable to digest the message he had conveyed for a while.

"David..." Carl frowned and called the man who completely ignored him after entering the door, and when he saw his daughter sitting on the man's thigh, his face suddenly looked black.

Simon's indifferent gaze coldly swept past, instantly causing Carl Miller to swallow the words back into his mouth.

The sense of oppression from the man was too strong, even though Carl Miller was not an ordinary people, he still felt a lot of pressure in the face of this man who was born with an imperial aura.

When Emma Hall saw Simon, she was shocked. Now Emma's mind came back, she frowned a bit at the girl who was lying in the man's arms, a flash of disdain in the bottom of her eyes.

Walking over with elegant steps, looking at Sophie, Emma Hall opened her mouth with a kindly motherly look, "Sophie, mind your behavior, how could you a girl directly sit in a man's arms? If it spreads out, people will say you're uncultured."

Emma Hall's voice had roused Sophie's sanity back.

She frowned at Emma Hall and then raised her head to glare at the man who had inexplicably appeared, "You have a problem with that?"

The unceremonious words made Emma Hall's face, which was with a soft smile, suddenly freeze.

Simon only cast a glance at Emma Hall, "Did auntie mean you didn't teach you daughter well?"

Emma Hall's face became even more unpleasant.

Carl Miller coughed twice before he awkwardly opened his mouth, "I wonder what Simon is coming over for?"

Simon glanced at the woman sitting in his arms who was staring at him, somehow felt amused by the vivid expression on her face, so the corners of his mouth couldn't help but soften a bit. But the look at Carl Miller was still cold, "It's for nothing, it's just a routine to come over and inform you that I was fond of your daughter, that's all."

That rambunctious tone, that taken-for-granted attitude, as if he saw something he liked at the supermarket and ordered the waiter to pack it up and take it away.

Sophie's face changed slightly and she reached out and pinched at Simon's waist.

There was no bulge on the man's waist, and she could feel how firm the muscles were hidden under his clothes.

Sophie's face couldn't help but flush at the thought of his body that she saw in the hotel that day.

And this scene in Emma Hall's eyes, she naturally thought Sophie was being shy.

Shame on you, bitch! Emma Hall cursed in her heart, then said with a look of dismay, "This, Simon, my daughter grew up with all our loving and pampering, and she is only twenty years old, what are you going to......."

Simon's cold glance cast at her, successfully making the words from Emma Hall stop.

Sophie hooked her lips and smiled coldly, how dare she could say such a hypocritical lie.

"There's no need to inform them about what's between us." Sophie didn't have much resistance to Simon's embrace either and compared to Carl Miller and Emma Hall, she seemed to prefer this man without any expression on his face.

Simon raised his eyebrows, ''In the spirit of humanitarianism, it's still necessary to inform you. Well, here we go."

After Simon finished speaking, he didn't look at Carl Miller and Emma Hall's back faces either, and directly hugged Sophie and walked towards the door in a big step.

Looking at Carl Miller and Emma Hall's expressions, Sophie only felt satisfaction in her heart.

It couldn't be better to let someone you don't like to be unhappy.

"Thank you." Sophie didn't feel that there was anything wrong with that she was still lying in Simon's arms at this time, and looked up at the man's chin, squeezing out a smile and saying.

Simon looked at her without speaking, his sexy thin lips pursed into a straight line as he hugged her and continued on his way.

"Go to the Star Bay Apartment, thank you." She said towards the driver in front of her and gave him an address. She didn't notice whether there was something inappropriate and her mind was still filled with the facial expressions of Emma Hall and Carl Miller.

Simon raised his eyebrows again, and the driver in front of him looked at Simon through the inverted mirror, seemingly inquiring about something.

Simon nodded, looking at the girl with a happy smile, and the bottom of his eyes dyed with a touch of tenderness he hadn't even noticed himself, "Very happy?"

"Quite happy." Sophie nodded, and suddenly seemed to remember something, turning her head towards Simon, a rare strain of panic under her eyes, "That, you came here because I hurt you last time and deliberately came to retaliate, right?"

This possibility seemed huge.

Sophie subconsciously moved to the side, keeping a safe distance from Simon.

Simon narrowed his eyes at her, and the wariness and panic under the woman's eyes were too obvious.

"Mr. Harris, go home."
