Chapter 8 Simon Won

He didn't know if it was because the residual drug in the body was not completely cleared, or the woman's gaze was too hot. In the open kitchen, Simon cooked dinner while he had some man's thoughts in his lower body.

Turning back to coolly glance at the woman who had looked dumbfounded, a look of disdain flashed in his eyes.

Sophie's mind was pulled back by Simon's facial expression and she awkwardly rubbed her head, "Oh, I didn't think you would cook."

In Sophie's knowledge, it seemed that a man like Simon, who was as noble as a king, would naturally not be able to do such a thing himself, but she did not expect that Simon would subvert her perception.

Simon frowned and looked at Sophie with disdain, especially when his gaze fell on the overly stereotypical old beige shirt on her body, the disdain was even heavier.

It was so serious that it would affect the appetite.

"Go to take a shower." After looking at Sophie for a while with a disdainful expression, Simon coldly dropped a sentence and turned around, continuing to carefully wash the steak and vegetables.

The corners of Sophie's mouth twitched, but she stood outside the kitchen with no intention of moving, staring fixedly at Simon as if she wanted to stare out two holes in his back.

The man's slightly cooler voice rang out once more inside the quiet and empty house with a distinct threat, "You can choose to wash by yourself, or I'll do it for you later."

"..." Sophie recognized that Simon won.

"Where's the bathroom?" She scratched the corners of her clothes, and in her mind, two little men were struggling "yes or no", but she finally succumbed to the order of Simon.

Simon's body visibly stiffened, " the first room on the left on the second floor."

Sophie looked at the back of Simon and opened her mouth, she originally wanted to tell him that she didn't have any clothes, but thinking of that man's icy face, she swallowed back the words and turned around and moved slowly towards the second floor.

Simon looked back at the turtle-like woman, but the corners of his mouth were unnaturally hooked.

Well, teasing her seemed to put him in a good mood, and it was a great feeling.

Simon was in a cheerful mood, and even the act of washing the steaks and vegetables became light and fast.

Simon seemed to have a slight cleanliness fetish, and Sophie noticed that his house was whole white with only a small amount of black dotting the large house, making the entire house seem as cold and unapproachable as the man he was.

There was a revolving staircase from the first to the second floor, and underneath the stairs was a small bar with a wine cabinet filled with a variety of fine wines.

Sophie moved up while secretly looking around Simon's house.

She had to say, Simon was indeed the most valuable gold bachelor in Asia. This villa was estimated to be worth more than 200 million dollars. And other items in the villa, such as the paintings below, you could know they were drawn by painting masters at the first glance, the wine cabinet full of famous wines, and even a nondescript white wool carpet on the floor was all worth a lot.

There were quite a few rooms on the second floor, and Sophie didn't dare to wander casually. She had heard about the story of Pandora's Box, curiosity could kill the cat, and she didn't want to die yet.

Going up the stairs, she directly pushed open the door and entered the room that Simon had said.

Only after walking in, she subconsciously backed out again, wondering if she had just had a problem with her ears and misheard, or if Simon was overstimulated and said the wrong thing.

Why did she feel like that the room belonged to the cold and icy man ?

Sophie went and pushed the room across the room and found it locked as if that was the only room on the second floor that could be opened.

The thought of wanting to go down and ask Simon had been completely stifled in its cradle by Sophie at the moment it had just bubbled up.

She went inside the room that seemingly belonged to Simon and pulled open the closet.

The entire wardrobe was full of black trousers, white shirts, and a neatly hung suit, with no other colors.

The black and white were so distinctive and prominent.

Sophie's hands froze in the air as she looked at the rows of white shirts, but she didn't know what to do.

The sound of footsteps coming from a distance soon rang out at the door.

The tall figure cast a long shadow in the doorway.

Simon frowned and took great strides into the room, and at a glance, he saw the woman who was standing in front of his wardrobe in a daze.

The woman's brow furrowed slightly, and the slender and white fingers hesitantly froze in the front of a shirt, seemed to be pondering whether to take the shirt or not.

Simon stood on the side for three seconds, and only after seeing he was completely ignored by Sophie, he coldly asked, "Do you want me to come and wash for you?"
