Chapter 5 You're Out

The man's fingers were a little cold. He was so close that Judie could hear his breathing. Her heartbeat accelerated. "No, never, Charles!" She shook her head.

Charles stared at her beautiful face for another short while and loosened his fingers. If not, he could not help but kiss her.

"That's good. We are married, so you are forever mine," said he coldly.

"Yes." Judie nodded.

After she sat opposite him, her heartbeat started to slow down gradually.

After breakfast, Charles said, "I have some business. I'll have someone take you back."

Judie nodded nicely and said to his assistant Kelvin, "Take good care of Charles."

"Yes, madam." Kelvin nodded his head respectfully.

Judie left.

Charles kept looking at Judie until she completely disappeared.

...

The car was moving steadily in traffic, and the view from the window was moving backward. Judie leaned against the window, blank-eyed. If it were not that she was still aching, she would have thought it was just a dream of losing her virgin to a stranger.

Damn it!

And she didn't see his face.

That man wore a mask, knew who she was, and broke in her room easily. It would be useless to check the surveillance video.

That jerk must have erased all the traces. That was why he was so reckless.

Judie felt resentful and ashamed.

If Charles knew what had happened, would he think that she was a dissolute woman who detested his disability?

Judie hit her head hard. Her mind was whirling.

When the car passed a pharmacy, she shouted at once, "stop!"

Screech!

The car stopped immediately.

"I want to take a walk. You drive back home. I will take a cab," said Judie looking at the rearview mirror.

"Yes, madam."

Judie got off and walked slowly. When the car was out of her sight, she walked back, went into the pharmacy, and bought a contraceptive box.

Her cheeks were slightly burned.

It was the first time in 20 years of her life that she bought these pills.

Then, she bought a bottle of water and took the pills at once.

She thought it was Charles last night, so she was very cooperative and did it more than once. She could not get pregnant, she thought.

Judie gnashed her teeth, feeling very frustrated.

Anyway, she was out now; why not take a walk?

Looking at people and vehicles that came and went, Judie, felt a bit dizzy.

In a blink of an eye, she had been married for one month. However, she was still a junior at S University of South City and would be a senior next term. And now, she was on summer vacation. All these were hard to imagine.

When she was immersing herself in her thoughts, someone clapped her shoulder.

"Hmm?"

Being pulled back to reality, she turned around.

The man in a blue shirt and black pants were straight and upright, about 1.85 meters tall, with an all-back hairstyle. His handsome young face was dazzling as the summer sun shone on it.

They were so good-looking, especially Judie, that many pedestrians couldn't help but glance at them.

When she recognized who he was, anger flashed in her eyes, and she wanted to turn away and go.

However, her arm was gripped.

"Judie, don't get mad."

Judie stopped but didn't look back, "Eric Shield, let me go."

"Judie, don't be that childish. I had explained to you. I went after Adelyn Georgia, because my family asked me to. I want to get the inheritance with the influence of the Georgia Family. After I become the inheritor of the Shield Family, I will kick her out and marry you."

After Judie found he went after Adelyn behind her back and broke out with him, they had not met for over a month.

He had been missing her so much.
