I trembled for a minute and she was staring at me. I couldn't dare to look deeply into her eyes. but I controlled myself, I blew a deep breath, I convinced myself I should be brave and blurt out what's in my mind at once.

 she won't kill me after all "MRS Nadine, to be straightforward! my wife died when she was too young. actually, while she was giving birth to my son James. and when my eyes laid on you, I felt like drums in my heart, I wanted to MARRY YOU!!!" I said loudly glaring at her but I was so nervous and afraid of her reaction, she might refuse my proposal. I know that it's not romantic and the best proposal but I couldn't handle it anymore, I didn't sleep at all last night after I laid my eyes on her. I thought carefully before telling her, I wanted to wait for a while after asking her, but I couldn't.

"GOD! you surprised me! um.." she blushed and tugged her fingers staring away from me .. god! She's like an angel with her sweet smile ! how her husband could die and leave her alone! I would be so lucky if she accepted me as her husband! I wonder how many guys proposed to her ?! and how she still didn't get married until now ?!

"Don't worry about your daughter, she will be like my daughter. I will take off everything about her, just think about it and call me. I will be waiting for your answer," I pulled her hand hesitated and I held her hand .. Thank god she didn't push my hand. She was in a thunderstorm, I know that everything was fast, but I was afraid that if I didn't tell her now about my feelings, maybe someone else could steal her heart!

"Okay..." she stuttered and trembled. I kissed her hands gently.

BUT my son... James interrupted me.

"FATHER!!!, please come in now" James squealed.

"What happened ?!?" I dropped my jaw and I hastened to get inside my office, to be honest, I know that my son is so crazy. I was afraid that he might have done something bad or insulted jenny, and that might destroy my marriage opportunity.

"Are you both kidding me ?! her voice is yummy! she has played with my emotions! I wanted to cry, she should sign that contract now!"James gazed at me and at Jenny's mother. We both looked at each other in curiosity.

"REALLY ?!!, Mr. James! Did you like my voice ?" Jenny jumped in her place glaring at James. she looked so happy, to be honest, I had a feeling that Jenny will be the one who could change my son to a better person. I know my son, he teases only the one he likes to hide his feelings, I was the one who raised him as a mother and as a father after my wife died. so I know him.

"Yes sure, JENNY? Right! But how old are you ?"James questioned Jenny with a stare. Okay, my son is falling in love with Jenny and this is obvious to a blind person. He has never asked about the age of any singer !. I should keep my eyes on both of them! or maybe give them some space! I'm confused.

"I'm 18 !" Jenny giggled.

"NO!!, she's just 17, going on 18 after a couple of months," Nadine blurted out, caressing Jenny's cheek and furrowing her eyebrows. Jenny scrunched her nose shyly. Nadine looked like an overprotective mother, but that was so nice.

"Okay great, Are you in college ?!" James asked Jenny ... he totally ignored Nadine and me as if we weren't standing next to him.

"No, I will start this year ..in common university," Jenny giggled telling James. to be honest, they looked awesome together. but no, I won't let that happen! I know my son, he is so possessive, he might ruin this relationship with a snap. I should care more.

"No, according to this matter, you will be a star soon so I will send you to a private college, with my son. at least he will take care of you, you will need someone to take care of your next every step, Jenny. "I explained to Jenny briefly.

"Father I'm not going to babysit her!"James mumbled, rubbing his chin and breathing loudly curing his anger. He hates my rushed decisions. I know .. me too, but what should I do? My heart controlled my mind at that moment.

"JAMES!" I roared gazing at James.

"What! Okay!"James frowned and raised an eyebrow.

"Thanks, Mr. James, I really appreciated it," Jenny chuckled.

"Don't be OPTIMISTIC!!"James mumbled with his devilish smirk at Jenny.

They looked like Tom and Jerry to me!

"And another point, you and your mother should move tonight to our house, you can't live in a normal house. sooner the reporters will try to reach you, and as a beginner in this field, you still don't know how to deal with them,"I informed all of them with my new decisions.

"BUT__ father!"James stuttered.

"You didn't do something like that before ?!?"James furrowed his eyebrows asking me. I knew James felt something!

"This time is different, her husband is dead and Jenny is too young and innocent," I tapped over James' shoulder giving him some reasons, but sure I was just telling lies. But I wouldn't dare to spit any of the real reasons at the moment, it's too early for this.

"But I should go to my restaurant first to take care of something," Nadine informed me.

"Then we should all go with you and help you! At least we should taste your wonderful food," I shrugged my shoulders with a wink.

"yes, I'm so hungry, let's go!"James rubbed his tummy and laughed hysterically. We all chuckled.

"Oh, anyone can tie you to your stomach!" Jenny smirked, raising an eyebrow at James teasing him. They definitely look like tom and jerry.

"Then don't cook for me later or I WILL FALL FOR YOU! "James leaned his head closer to Jenny and whispered.

"NOOO WAY!!!" Jenny hollered and shook her head.

"stop kids, let's go!" I paused all of them and pushed James and Jenny in front of me.
