Samuel Summers put some cameras for the safety of Vicky and Ethan but he never thought that he would hear something like this from Vicky.

"I need to work hard.." he thought himself.

Another week has passed since the kidnapping. Vicky resumed her job and Ethan progressed in his relationship with Vinny. He made her speak with him but she still refused to speak with anyone else. They planned a camp in the country side to trap their parents for a week. Ethan also met his grandmother Julia Summers and she went over the moon when she met him. She also helped the twins to trap his son with Vicky.

Everything is ready and the only thing that left is to get Vicky to go on this trip. Samuel couldn't be happier than to accompany his future wife for a week and "Alone". When he was in his own world Ethan called him

"Shameless.."

"Son, you will know my difficulties when you grow up.." Samuel shrugged his shoulders.

In the evening when Vicky reached her apartment it was abnormally quiet. She scanned the living room and and found his son held his chin thinking about something. She removed her shoes and wore comfortable slippers. She went to her room and took bath. When she came out Ethan was still engrossed in his thoughts.

She sat next to him and observed him for five minutes. She couldn't help but think that,

"This is the first time I am seeing him like this.. what is he thinking so deeply..?.."

She lost her patience and tapped on his shoulders to distract him. Finally he responded.

"What happened to the guy who always picked on me for zoning out..?... Is he sick..?"

Vicky touched his forehead with her palm and said, "you are not sick.. what are you thinking about..? You didn't even see me coming and sitting beside you.."

Ethan stared at her and shook his head left to right. She asked him again.

E: "I am planning to sell you.. but....." he paused in his sentence.

V: "But...?" Vicky asked him.

E: "I wonder who will be brave enough and mentally strong enough to buy you..."

Vicky's jaw almost hit the ground. It took few minutes for her to regain her senses.

V: "what did you say..?"

E: "you heard me...?"
