"Ruby, you can't." Sherry was very sure, "The bank will not lend it to you, and you don't have a house to sell. Your friends are even poorer, so where do you get such a king’s ransom.

It was a joke from the moment she married Ethan. There was no wedding, just a marriage certificate, and his contract. She married him.

"Ruby, Stop being an ostrich!." Sherry took steps forward, looked down at her, and spoke with a haughty attitude: "Ethan doesn't love you, and the gap between you and him is not a little."

Ruby looked up at sherry. "When did you two get together and live together?"

She did not expect Ruby to ask such a question and was startled, but she did not say anything, as though she was going to leave the problems to Ruby, and see what she thought.

Ruby laughed, and probably understood, she took out the bill that Sherry was holding, and folded and tore it.

After repeatedly breaking the bill into pieces, she threw them at Sherry and said softly, "I will divorce Ethan. However, keep the money for yourself."

Ruby knocked her away by her shoulder and strode out.

No matter how well—educated Sherry was, she was still embarrassed. She shouted at Ruby: "You are ungrateful!"

Ruby didn't pay any attention to her.

After sending her mother back, the lawyer called and asked her if she had raised enough money, the interrogation would start in a few days. Ruby said that she would do it quickly, then sighed after hanging up the phone.

She was regretting that she ripped the cheque so arrogantly. In any case, she was going to get divorced, was there any problem to take Sherry's two million?

Mrs. Lord asked cautiously: "Ruby, is the lawyer urging you?"

After leaving, she took out a name card from her pocket and dialed the number. "Daniel, are you free?"

In his arms was a delicate little girl, about four or five years old, and she was soft and extremely cute.

Daniel sat down and laughed helplessly: "Sorry, Candy was in a bad mood this afternoon, so I went to the kindergarten to pick her up. There was a bit of a traffic jam on the way."
