He drove me home; he didn’t ask me about the way or where I live. And suddenly, I heard the car screech, and he surprised me with “welcome home Bella.”

I narrowed my eyes and gulped nervously “how did you know my home?”

He didn't answer me; he just leaned into my face and pecked my lips.

I pushed him away and yelled at him, “stop that game now, Noah!”

He asked me innocently as if he didn’t understand what I was talking about. “What game Bella?”

I smirked and blurted out, “that game! Mating game. I know, and I'm sure that you are just having fun. But I can’t take it anymore.”

I opened the door of his car and pulled my bag to my shoulder to leave him and end that dream there at that moment. I knew that my heart wouldn't be able to stay for long with him. I had to stop that crap immediately.

He pulled my hand tightly, almost breaking my wrist by his tight grip and said “but I’m not playing bella. I want you and want to continue my life with you. I swear.”

I hollered sobbing, I tried to suppress my tears from not falling but I couldn't stop! Please enough. Playing games with hearts is not something I could handle. Please get out of my life.”

He asked all of a sudden “is that because of what happened today to you? Are you that weak to not face the others?”

I agreed in a defeated tone “yes, yes Noah. I’m that weak. I’m not a badass girl. So now get the hell out of my life—.” I paused then I wiped my tears by my hand and trailed off my words “I'm begging you, Noah. Leave me alone.”

And then he slipped my hand and I rushed back to my house. I trembled a bit trying to find my keys. But I was in a hurry. That's why I rang the bell door and lucky me, my parents were inside. My mom stopped me by the door “bella? Why are you crying? What happened to you?”

I shook my head and couldn’t find my tongue to form a word, I just climbed the stairs in a hurry and barged into my room crying heavily alone.

Why in the hell was I crying? Does that mean I fell in love with him?

No! No way. A blind girl like me can’t fall in love and certainly not with the alpha crown prince. I bet he’s too charming and elegant. Yes, all the girls wanted a piece of him.

I slammed my body to the bed crying and sobbing trying to get Noah out of my mind.

Until I have heard strong steps and noises—. Coming from downstairs.

I hopped off the bed and opened the door then rushed down calling my parents “dad, mom? Who’s there? Something wrong?”

And Noah's voice hit my skull with his chuckle “this is me, bella.”

“Noah? Is that you? Why are you here?” I asked him in curiosity while moving closer.

He replied, “I’m here to help you in your studies.”

I blinked and gasped in thunderstruck “what? Why? I asked you to stay away from me.”

But my dad asked Noah and me “what’s going on here?”

Noah didn’t answer, I crossed my arms to my chest and for the first time in my life I said rudely “Noah, you are not welcomed in our house. Please get out now. I don’t want to see you ever again.”

My dad growled “bella! Watch your mouth. He is the crown prince of our pack and he is our guest.”

Finally, Noah chuckled, teased me and stepped closer from me, he informed my parents of his own decisions that I didn't agree to. “I'm here to help Bella in her studies. From now on— I will come every day to study with her.”

I opened my mouth to protest but Noah said politely to my parents “now, would you excuse me to go to Bella's room to study our lessons?”

I bet my dad and my mom were staring at each other confused and shocked at the same time.

And before I could open my mouth, my dad asked Noah “why are you here again your highness? And why are you with our daughter?!”

“because I’m her—.” Noah lingered his words in the air—

Dammit! Is he really going to say it to my parents?!
