Chapter 5 I Will Be Back!
Jessica never thought that human nature could be so ugly.
It was obviously her home, but she was being kicked out? How ridiculous!
"You and your short-lived mother should get out of the Blake Family! Your father is my son. How could he dare to disobey me? I'm in charge of this family now, and you bastard are not qualified to live here!"
"Why are you driving me away? This is my home!"
"Jessica! Your grandma feels dizzy when she sees you. You should go live outside for a while! Come back when she is no longer angry!"Darcey Brown said to Jessica with a fake smile while pushing Jessica and her belongings out.
"Don't bother to talk to her so much!" Queenie waved her hand, and her wrinkled face was full of hostility, "My son bought everything here, and now it's all under my control! You bastard! Don't even think about taking a dime away!"
"How can there be a mother like you in this world? You're a terrible grandmother as well!"
Jessica looked at these people, who were closest to her father with disappointment. She couldn't believe what they said.
Her father had always cared for his relatives. But when Joseph had gone to jail for less than a week, these people were trying to take his house away.
"Fuck off! I don't want to see you!" Queenie said impatiently.
She really didn't like this granddaughter at all.
With the old woman's order, Darcey started to push Jessica.
At this moment, she heard Flora's sharp voice, "Oh! It's so lively!"
Jessica looked back, only to see Baldie and Flora leaning on each other's shoulder. She couldn't help but snort, "I was blind!"
Baldie probably had a guilty conscience, so he didn't dare to look her in the eye.
"I'm telling you, this is my home. One day, I will come back! I will take back my things one by one!"
With that swear, Jessica packed up some of her clothes and left the house where she had lived for 22 years without looking back.
Jessica thought of calling the police, but she vaguely felt that things were not simple, judging from the fact that her father could not be visited in jail.
Now Garnett Blake was trying to take over her father's company through his mother, Queenie Blake, which made Jessica suspect foul play.
Since Joseph was in jail, people thought it was normal for Garnett to charge the company. As Joseph's younger brother, he worked in the company as a senior manager for a long time.
Thinking of this, Jessica couldn't help but snort coldly. Even if her father had gone to prison for embezzlement, his company should not be managed by others!
But her situation was--
It was early winter, and the weather in Jakesville City was not cold, but it was raining. Jessica felt somehow cold with rains falling on her body.
But no matter how cold it was, it couldn't be colder than a cold heart.
If she hadn't been trembling with cold, Jessica would have thought that she was dreaming. In less than a week, she had nothing left.
Jessica didn't look at the road with a messy mind. When she realized the danger, it was too late.
A black car was driving to her, and she was knocked into the muddy water. Her white sweater suddenly turned black, which was really horrible.
